Boundaries can be defined as the limits we set with other people, which indicate what we find acceptable and unacceptable in their behavior toward us.
Our boundaries need to match our behavior. Boundaries emerge as we learn to value, trust and listen to ourselves. My guests are Bob Waters, Entrepreneur and Business Owner, and Julie Winter, Psycho-Therapist will join us.
Having a lack of boundaries can often lead to emotional manipulation from your significant others, whether or not it’s intentional. You may have issues with saying no when someone asks you favor or dislike public displays of affection. If so, you must speak up and communicate those needs to your partner.
